| Twin Lakes Scout Camp Twin Lakes Scout Camp N7104 Cty. Road K, Waupaca, WI 54981 Caretaker: Dan Ode Phone 1 715 412 1337.. Directions: Exit Highway 10 at County K.Twin Lakes Scout Camp is located nine miles south of Waupaca on County K. Follow County Highway K south out of Waupaca to Camp. Gateway is on east side of road. Camp Twin Lakes is located on County Road K, 11 miles south of Waupaca, WI The camp is 425 acres of woods and meadowland. It has three lakes that are good for swimming, boating, canoeing, and fishing. During spring, summer, fall seasons there are 16 campsites for camping. The sites range from improved sites for group camping to leave- no-trace sites that are ideal for backpacking. Some of the campsites are Family campsites for registered Scouters and family. Camp Twin Lakes has many hiking trails both in camp and out of camp. There are ½ mile nature trail, 2 mile, 3mile, or 5 mile trails. Out of camp trips can be 10 or 15 miles. Camp Twin Lakes has three winter buildings that can be used for your winter outings. Two of the buildings have 24 person sleeping cap. One is 18 person sleeping cap. At the present time none of the buildings are co-ed. Separate arrangements can be made for female leaders for sleeping at camp with their units. Camp Twin Lakes is close to Nordic Mt. Ski Hill and Hartmann Creek State Park for Cross- country skiing. Cross- country skiing, Snowshoeing, Sledding and Ice fishing are available in the winter in camp.
